1. Orders

An order is confirmed once payment is received. Prices are in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) and include applicable taxes.

2. Custom printing

You are responsible for checking the spelling of names and numbers before payment. Personalised items are produced to your instructions and are non-refundable unless faulty.

3. Production & delivery

Production and delivery times are estimates. UXF is not liable for courier delays outside our control.

4. Intellectual property

By sending us logos or artwork you confirm you have the right to use them.

5. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
