Self-pickup from our factory is always free. We ship with J&T Express and Pos Laju. You'll get a tracking number by email once your order leaves the factory.
Delivery time
Production: 5–7 working days. Delivery: 1–3 working days (West Malaysia), 3–5 working days (Sabah & Sarawak).
Returns & exchanges
- Unprinted, unworn items can be exchanged for another size within 7 days of delivery.
- Items with custom name/number printing are made for you and can't be returned, unless faulty.
- Faulty or wrong item? Contact us within 7 days with photos and we'll replace it at our cost.
