How long does production take?
Most orders are ready in 5–7 working days after payment. Large team orders (50+ pieces) can take 10–14 working days. Courier delivery adds 2–5 working days.
Can I add a name and number to any jersey?
Yes. Tick "Add name & number" on the product page and enter what you want printed. The surcharge is shown before you add to bag.
Is there a minimum order?
No minimum for products in our store. For fully custom team designs we recommend 10 pieces or more. See Custom Order.
How do I pay?
FPX online banking (all major Malaysian banks) or Visa / Mastercard.
Do you ship to Sabah and Sarawak?
Yes. Shipping fees differ by region and are shown at checkout. Orders above the free-shipping threshold ship free.
Can I exchange a size?
Items without name/number printing can be exchanged within 7 days if unworn. Personalised items can only be returned if faulty. See Shipping & Returns.
How do I track my order?
Use Track Order with your order number and the phone or email you used at checkout.
